THE APPROACH
Posed wanted something that felt like their studio: moody, a little cinematic, and nothing like the usual flat gym reel. So I worked with the light that was already in the room. Neon spilling across the floor, motion blur between setups, the kind of texture most edits would cut out.
It ends the way most sessions actually end, with a smoothie after the last rep. Small detail, but it’s what makes the edit feel like a real visit.
